Entity Framework, LINQ et WPF en direct!

2008 vient avec son lot de nouveautés pour la plate-forme .NET, notamment pour l'accès aux données. Microsoft apporte en effet sa réponse au problème du mapping Objet – Relationnel avec Entity Framework. Comment ce framework nous permet-il de persister nos objets métier ? Comment s'interface t'il avec les récents frameworks de manipulation et de présentation d'objets que sont LINQ et WPF ? Nous répondrons à ces questions par la pratique, en développant en direct une application d'exemple multi-couches basée sur ces frameworks.

Speakers Bio

Fabrice MARGUERIE, metaSapiens

Fabrice est architecte logiciel et un consultant avec plus de 13 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie logicielle. Il a une expérience variée, allant des services de conseil, coaching et de formation, jusqu'à la création de sa propre entreprise. Son haut background technique lui a permis de travailler avec Microsoft, Borland, KPMG et la Société Générale. Il travaille avec Microsoft .NET depuis les premières bêtas en 2001, et il est maintenant un expert sur cette plate-forme travaillant en tant qu'architecte logiciel pour de grosses entreprises. Fabrice est nommé MVP C# par Microsoft depuis 2004 en reconnaissance à la fois de l'expertise pratique dont il fait preuve et sa volonté de partager son expérience avec les communautés techniques Microsoft.

Frédéric SCHÄFER, OCTO Technology

Frédéric co-anime le Centre de Compétence Intégré .NET d'OCTO Technology. A ce titre, il apporte chez ses clients son expertise de la plateforme .NET, mais également ses connaissances méthodologiques pour les aider à mieux développer leurs projets. Frédéric a rejoint OCTO Technology en 2005 après avoir travaillé plusieurs années pour EADS, puis pour une start-up dans le domaine médical. Il est diplomé en 1997 de l'ESIEA et titulaire d'un DESS Paris VI

Richard Campbell Strangeloop Networks

	Richard Campbell is one of the co-founders of Strangeloop Networks and today serves as product evangelist, introducing the company’s unique story to advisors, investors, patent attorneys, beta-customer candidates, potential employees, etc. Richard has more than 30 years of high-tech experience and is both a Microsoft Regional Director and Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP). He has consulted with a number of leading North American organizations; Barnes&Noble.com, Dow Chemical, Johnson & Johnson Health Care Services, Reuters, Subaru/Isuzu and the U.S. Air Force. Richard is co-host of the “.NET Rocks!, the Internet Audio Talk Show for .NET Developers” podcast, host of “RunAs Radio, the Internet Audio Talks for IT Professionals” podcast, has been co-authoring of the “Advisor Answers” column on SQL Server for more than ten years and author of the courseware for AppDev's national SQL Server 7.0 training seminars and video series.

Amanda Laucher Sophic Group

	Amanda Laucher is a software developer/architect focusing on Microsoft technologies. She is currently based in Columbus, OH and working with The Sophic Group. She has been speaking at code camps and user groups all over the United States, and spreading her love of some of the lesser known programming languages.

Oren Eini

Oren Eini is an independent consultant based in Israel. His main focus is on architecture and best practices that promote quality software and zero-friction development.

Oren is the author of Rhino Mocks, one of the most popular mocking frameworks on the .NET platform, and is also a leading figure in other well known open source projects including the Castle project and NHibernate.

An internationally known presenter, Oren has spoken at conferences such as DevTeach, JAOO and Oredev, and is the author of the book "Building Domain Specific Languages with Boo", soon to be published by Manning.

Oren, using his pseudonym as Ayende Rahien, is a frequent blogger at http://www.ayende.com/Blog/. His hobbies include reading fantasy novels, reviewing code, and writing about himself in the third person.

Update: I honestly forgot.

Oren is also a Microsoft MVP, a fact that he tends to forget when writing a bio.
